Aishah Miller leads strategy and innovation for Consumer, Small and Business Banking customer growth segments at Wells Fargo, with a focus on bank partnerships with fintechs, tech firms, and national affinity organizations. She also advises on product development for new digital offerings and platforms. She specializes in customer journeys, payments, and money movement as well as generational wealth transfer. Aishah previously led Wells Fargo’s social and capital investments in the Greater Philadelphia market and came to Wells Fargo from the CDFI industry where she led large-scale bank investments in under-resourced communities. Aishah served as Co-Chair of the Business and Society Forum for the German Marshall Fund of the United States (GMF), an international think tank, and is a member of the Forum for Executive Women. Aishah is also a Presidential Leadership Scholar with the George W. Bush Institute and Clinton Presidential Center. Aishah has a bachelor’s in political science from Williams College and post-graduate degrees from Columbia University and Harvard University in economics and strategy. She is based in Philadelphia with her 8-year-old daughter.
